On-Premise Installation

In this model, SwiftHR will be installed on a server in your Office premise. So you need to have the Windows Server as per software Requirement as well as required network infrastructure to access the system. It enables a complete control over your data.

Pros

• Complete control over your data as “You” own it.
• Internet Connectivity not required, if run within organization network.
• Data Recovery and Backups plan can be managed by your own team therefore can be scheduled as per convenience.

Cons

• Windows Server Cost involved.
• Good and dedicated Internet connectivity is still needed if required to access software outside Office network.
• Server Maintenance Cost. Dedicated resource needed to maintain the server.
